Water Treatment Co., Ltd. is a State designated enterprise manufacturing
water treatment equipment and Class I and II pressure containers.
Established in 1984, the company is one of the earliest Chinese
manufacturers specializing in development and manufacture of
various water treatment equipments, pressure containers, boiler
auxiliaries and water supply equipments.
With assets over RMB 52 million, the company has 289 employees.
There are 58 technical personnel, 16 with senior professional
titles, 22 with middle-rank professional titles and 20 with
preliminary professional titles. The company sets up five departments,
including Technical Development Dept., Production Technology
Dept., Quality Inspection Dept., Sales Dept. and Supply Dept.,
one institute-Scientific Research Institute, one Office and
three modernized production workshops. The company has persisted
in the strategy of revitalizing the factory through science
and technology since establishment and has maintained long-term
cooperation with over ten famous universities and scientific
research institutes to realize technological sharing. Now a
series of capabilities are in place from research and development,
manufacture and testing to installation and debugging.
Jinan Water Treatment Co., Ltd. has abundant technical strength
and powerful manufacture and processing capabilities. With a
complete quality assurance system, the company was certified
to ISO9001: 2000 quality system. It tops all the other manufacturers
in domestic water treatment sector in terms of processing and
manufacturing capabilities thanks to over 100 units (sets) of
various advanced processing equipments and testing instruments.
Based on introduction and absorption of domestic and international
advanced technologies and combined with the actual conditions
of China, the company has successfully developed over 120 product
varieties in three series, namely water treatment equipment,
Class I and II pressure containers and heat exchangers, through
constant pioneering innovations.Main products: Boiler water
softening unit, ultrafiltration unit, reverse osmosis membrane
unit, deoxygenating equipment (thermal deoxygenation, rotating
membrane deoxygenation, deoxygenation via oxygen desorption,
deoxygenation via resin and sponge iron), fully automatic pressure
water supply equipment for firefighting, frequency-variable
water supply equipment, various heat exchangers, etc. In addition
to totally twelve national and provincial awards for the corporate
products, two products have won national patents. In 1990 Comrade
Song Jian, a State Councilor and the Chairman of the State Science
and Technology Commission highly praised this factory during
his inspection to the factory. Adhering to the tenet of “taking
innovation as the theme, market as orientation, quality for
survival and sincerity for cooperation”, we have opened a way
to revitalize the factory through science and technology. The
company has been successively awarded with the honors of Scientific
and Technological Model Unit and Nation-Level Spark Program
Projects Implementation Unit. In addition, the company has been
accepted as a designated unit for the nationwide quality campaign
under the Long March of China Quality. The company has also
obtained the certificate of registration from China Boiler Water
Treatment Association. The water treatment equipments designed,
manufactured and sold by the company are monitored and accepted
by China Boiler Water Treatment Association. In the meanwhile,
such a certificate is a green pass for the new products of the
company to enter domestic and international markets.
